Meal planning, though an important task that every household should practice and master, is my least favorite thing to do as a homemaker.
Fortunately, there are now meal planners out there that makes it easier for us to accomplish this task. I love Plan to Eat for this reason!
It’s very easy to use. All you have to do is click on the meal you want to include in your menu and drag it to the day you want to make it. Also, you are not limited on the choices of meals, even the types of meal (gluten, paleo, whole foods, etc.), that you can choose from. Why? Because you are able to save in it, any meals you like or have found on the internet. And the best part is, it automatically does the shopping list for you! The only thing you will need to do is go through it, edit and done! You are good to go to the store and start shopping!
So if you are looking for a great meal planner, be sure to check out Plan to Eat! It may just be the solution to your meal planning!
And currently, Plan to Eat is hosting a Make Ahead Meal Plan challenge with a $400 giveaway prize package at the end of January (US residents only). It’s completely free with all the recipes and tools you will need to succeed in it. They also have a facebook group that you can join to exchange tips and tricks and encourage each other.
On the other hand, I haven’t had the courage yet to do a whole month’s worth of freezer meals (I would love to) but it sure is something that I’m considering to do in the future (maybe when my baby girl is a little bit older and I have extra hand at home)!
Anyways, with all that said and done, today I am here to share with you 10 Healthy and Easy Meals to make for dinner. I know that we’re all busy and we don’t always have the time or energy to make something for dinner but I still like to have a list of healthy and easy-to-make meals that I can cook when I do have the time. Personally, I like my crockpot because it frees up my afternoon. But I can be so picky at times that I want to eat something else other than what’s been cooked in the crockpot!
Check out my 10 Easy and Healthy Crockpot Recipes round up.
Here’s a round up of some of the Healthy and Easy-to-make meals I found online, tried and liked by my family. Now, some of them can take up to an hour to cook, but I wouldn’t be including it here if it’s not worth your time. (wink)
It couldn’t get any easier and simpler than this recipe!
Beef and broccoli, who haven’t had that? It’s a basic, simple & tasty dish to make!
When you don’t feel like meat for dinner, try this fish recipe. It’s simple, very easy to make and delicious!
I have recently discovered this recipe from the book, 50 Paleo Recipes by Rebecca Baron and immediately fell in love with it! The whole family actually enjoyed it, even my picky-eater baby who barely eats meat, ate some of this chicken!
What else can I say? Love this simple chicken recipe! Pair it with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes or for a much healthier option, pair it with a mashed cauliflower or spaghetti squash!
I love some Korean dishes especially bulgogi! That’s why when I saw this recipe, I just have to try it. I have to warn you though, the flavor is not as strong as the real deal but you know what’ “healthier” is what we’re going for! And this dish seals the deal!
Pasta is one of the many things we’re trying to get away from in our diet, but we love pasta! So while we’re slowly transitioning our family to a healthier diet, we just have to have a pasta at least once in a week or two! And this dish, aside from the pasta noodle itself is a healthy dish to keep. And keep we will!
This dish is a different tasting dish but still great. I love the sweetness of the sweet potato against the strong taste of the curry in this recipe. Plus it’s a one-pan dish so it’s worth a try!
I have to warn you, this dish has a lot of extra steps to make, but still pretty simple enough. And once you make it through it, wow! It’s yummy!
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this dish in the past several weeks! It seriously is delicious! If you like salisbury steak, this might just become your new favorite recipe!
I hope you enjoyed this post!
