I can’t believe that Christmas is almost here! Are you getting excited already? I know I am! Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?
Do you have a tiny tot in your lists to buy gifts for? If you do and are still looking for some ideas, I might have some that may interest you!
I shopped around for some neat and fun educational toys for our 16 month old daughter! Oh it was so much fun and sooo easy to get lost in it! There are so much cool stuff out there that it can feel impossible to just pick one or two or just a few for them! Lol! But I held back and focused on my criteria for picking toys that I feel is best for my children.
My criteria for picking gifts or toys for my children during Christmas are: It should be something educational, something to read, something they need, something that can grow with them, something they like, something fun and of course something that fits the budget! Yeah I know it’s still kind of broad but it helps me to avoid a lot of the same toys over and over again (which we have done a lot in the past)!
So are you ready to shop? I have shared down below some of the toys that I planned to get for my daughter and other extra fun stuff that I thought would be neat to have as well. If only I could buy them all! I have attached links (some affiliate) to each images so just click on the image you are interested in. Of course a lot of these toys you can buy directly from their own website or store as well. But if I can find them all in one place, that’s where I go.
There are a couple toys here though that I would’ve love to get for my daughter, unfortunately you can only get it from US. But I still included it in the list just in case you are interested and able to get it. Those toys are Forest Friends playset and Mix & Match Farm Animals that are both can be found at Lakeshore Learning. There’s another one, Shapes Discovery Boxes that is from Lakeshore as well but I found it here on their Canadian distributor. It’s quite a bit pricey but I thought it’s still would be a lot of fun for toddlers.
