Hey friend! It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I’ve taken a break from blogging to put more time on the things that are more of a priority to me at the moment. I have not actually decided to come back fully but I created this handwriting worksheets for my kindergartener and thought I’d share it with you.
I know I haven’t written any update about my kiddos’ progress in our homeschool (I will be soon) but if you’ve been following me for a while now, you’ll remember how Mr. S wasn’t enjoying the handwriting curriculum I’ve picked for him this year. We didn’t drop it but I have backed him up a bit from it, instead of everyday handwriting practice, we’ve only been using it once a week then I added more hands-on practice for him. Like building his letters with our letter construction set, use of chalk and chalkboard, markers, and lately I added in our geoboard (product link) as well.
However, I’ve been noticing that he still needs additional practice with forming his letters so I decided to create this simple handwriting worksheets with fun characters and just a tiny bit amount of handwriting practice so he doesn’t get overwhelmed again.
So, what’s all included?
All the letters of the alphabet and an alphabet wall display chart that you can print, laminate and hang on the wall for reference.
I hope you and your little kiddo enjoy using it!
